In Behavior Therapy, an approach called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is employed, which defines how the child’s behavior is influenced by their environment and how they are learning new things. Post analysis, therapy is designed to encourage or impart helpful behaviors while simultaneously reducing harmful behaviors.

ABA also helps improve communication and language skills, focus, attention, and social skills. The final course of the therapy depends on the goals to be achieved and the skill areas include motor skills, self-care behaviors, etc.
